1.1 Age and Capacity

To register and use the bdt365 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bdt365 or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited.

1.2 Verification

bdt365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

1.3 Restricted Users

The following persons are not eligible to hold a bdt365 account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of bdt365 or any of its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies.
• Persons who have previously had a bdt365 account closed for Terms violations.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When creating your bdt365 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bdt365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one bdt365 account. A single household, IP address, device, payment method, or shared network connection may not be used to operate more than one account simultaneously. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdt365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdt365 will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

2.4 Account Closure

You may close your bdt365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all pending identity verification requirements and wagering conditions attached to any active bonuses.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the bdt365 Cashier page and may differ by payment method. bdt365 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.
• bdt365 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes.
• Withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold may require additional documentation.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the bdt365 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts displayed on your account balance, bet history, and transaction records will be shown in BDT. bdt365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bdt365 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bdt365 must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. bdt365 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements and at what percentage rate.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bdt365 reserves the right to refuse, amend, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has:

• Created duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses.
• Placed bets in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk.
• Provided false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
• Participated in collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

4.4 Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins or free bets have an expiry period as stated on the relevant promotion page. Unused bonuses, free spins, or free bets that expire before being utilised will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bdt365 platform are subject to acceptance by bdt365. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a valid bet confirmation reference. bdt365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes being displayed, bdt365 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Palpable errors" — including but not limited to grossly mispriced odds — will be corrected or voided regardless of whether a bet has already been settled. No winnings derived from a palpable error will be honoured.

5.3 Interrupted Games

If a game or betting event is interrupted due to connectivity issues, server problems, or external disruptions, bdt365 will endeavour to reinstate the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. bdt365 accepts no liability for losses arising from connection failures on the player's end.

5.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

bdt365 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of involvement in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports fraud. Such cases may also be reported to relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Ownership

All content on the bdt365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the property of bdt365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the bdt365 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bdt365.

7.2 Limited Licence

bdt365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, resell, frame, or mirror any portion of the bdt365 platform.

9.1 Termination by bdt365

bdt365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that the player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Attempted to manipulate games, odds, or outcomes through any technical or collaborative means.
• Conducted transactions associated with money laundering or financial crime.

9.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of an account for cause, bdt365 may, at its discretion, void all pending bets, cancel all bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits may be returned at bdt365's discretion following investigation. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the termination date.
